About the Role:

This position is one of six management accountants and five senior management accountants who report to a manager within the finance division. These roles work within allocated portfolios to provide financial support to hospitals and community facilities across the region.

The role will work closely with management accountants on tasks and priorities and provide guidance and support in their development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support executive directors/general managers by preparing and analysing data, identifying trends and risks, problem solving and advising on strategies to achieve business unit performance goals.
  • Work closely with assigned business units, particularly the respective executive director/general manager and operational leadership team.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification from a registered tertiary institution, such as business, commerce, accounting or other relevant discipline.
  • Certified practising accountant/chartered accountant Australia and New Zealand (CPA/CA) is highly desirable.
