Job Overview

We are seeking a Water Resources Engineering Lead to oversee significant water resources projects in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of water resources projects across the land development sector.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineering consultants, and authorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Balance design and strategy skills while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Civil or Environmental Engineering degree.
  • 8-20 years' experience in Victoria's water resources space.
  • A proven track record of delivering water-based land development projects within a consultancy.
  • Sharp technical skills in software such as 12D, MUSIC, TuFLOW, HECRAS, and RORB.
  • Excellent report writing, tender preparation, and client communication skills.
  • Integrity and calmness in heated conversations.
