Water Resources Project Lead

This is a key opportunity for an experienced water resources professional to take on a leadership role in our team.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of water resources projects across the land development sector, working closely with developers, engineering consultants, and authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water resources engineering, with experience in 12D, MUSIC, TuFLOW, HECRAS, and RORB.

They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the field of water resources engineering.


About the Role
  • Lead delivery of water resources projects across the land development sector
  • Work directly with developers, engineering consultants, and authorities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives

About You
  • Civil or Environmental Engineering degree
  • 8 – 20 years' experience in Victoria's water resources space
  • Proven track record delivering water based land development projects
  • Sharp technical skills in 12D, MUSIC, TuFLOW, HECRAS, and RORB
  • Excellent report writing, tender prep, and client communication skills
