About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and creative Lead Educators to join our vibrant team at C&K Upper Kedron center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate with your team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • To create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young children.
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and community.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
