The Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Kedron Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you'll support and guide children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

You'll collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and guide children's learning and development, promoting their curiosity, capability, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a play-based learning environment that's safe, supportive, and engaging.
  • Work closely with families to ensure they're involved in their child's education and care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of individual children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
