Job Title: Rotational Hospital Pharmacist About this role

This rotational hospital pharmacist position offers a unique opportunity to work in various settings, providing pharmacy coverage during staff leave or periods of increased demand.

You will travel to multiple sites, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients.

The role involves conducting medication chart reviews, dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products, coordinating patient medication requirements, and developing professional relationships.

As a versatile pharmacist, you will thrive in new environments and enjoy travel. Your strong communication skills and adaptability make you a great fit for this varied role.

We encourage community and newly registered pharmacists to apply, as hands-on training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and proper use of medicines
