Job Summary:

Creative Scotland is seeking a skilled Project Documentation Officer to join its team dedicated to championing traditional arts and culture in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collating and disseminating material generated through our flagship People's Parish community engagement project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and disseminate project materials, including audio, visual, and printed content
  • Develop and maintain systems for archiving project materials
  • Record and document project activities and outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong background in project documentation, collation, and database management
  • Experience working with audio-visual equipment and software
  • Experience editing audio-visual content for web use
  • Knowledge of traditional arts and culture in Scotland is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
