Administrative Coordinator

We are a dynamic and innovative organization, EBR, seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized front office and recreation area.
- Coordinating guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Performing various administrative tasks as required.
- Managing meeting room arrangements and ensuring their optimal utilization.
- Developing and implementing guidelines for staff members.
- Planning social media events and internal/external activities.
Requirements:
- Exceptional presentation skills and a polite demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high degree of attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to assist with various needs within and outside the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer:
An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
