We're seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Personal Banker. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.
Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, educating them about our online platforms, and recommending products and services that cater to their unique needs.
You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives by:
- Providing personalized solutions that meet customers' current and future goals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital innovations and supporting customers with their literacy and online banking needs
- Guiding customers through tailored lending solutions, including personal loans and credit cards
- Embarking on a journey of continuous learning and development through on-the-job training and other opportunities
- Fostering connections and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
This is a Permanent, full-time position located in Community Bank Nightcliff. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- A proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-centric solutions
- The confidence to communicate effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- The ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
- An eagerness to understand and share what sets us apart from others
- A drive for collaboration and teamwork
- Experience in consumer lending (an asset, but not essential)
