Job Overview
A Talent Acquisition Advisor position is available to partner with hiring managers and develop tailored recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional client service, building effective relationships, and delivering quality support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans
• Provide high-quality client service and support to all stakeholders
• Support panels in delivering end-to-end recruitment processes that meet best practices, timelines, and cost-effectiveness
• Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for candidate searches and merit pool development
• Collaborate with senior team members on executive recruitment
• Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documentation, and knowledge sharing

About You:
The successful candidate will possess:
• Demonstrated experience in human resources, preferably in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to provide accurate and timely process and policy advice
• Experience in proactively managing work or taking ownership of tasks or projects
• Familiarity with recruitment technology systems and their troubleshooting
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation, or equivalent recruitment experience
