Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Graduate Development Program, which offers an exceptional pathway to launch your career in a meaningful environment. The 10-month program includes three rotations and is designed to align with your interests and skills, providing hands-on experience across diverse areas of the department.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge, develop your professional expertise, and build relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Our program invests in your growth, prepares you for a fulfilling and impactful career, and enables you to contribute to Shaping Tomorrow Today.

As a graduate in our program, you will work on projects that align with the department's strategic priorities, developing your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will also have access to comprehensive training, vocational learning opportunities, and dedicated support to help you succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian citizenship or eligibility to obtain it by 18 March 2026
  • Completion of at least an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor Degree) equivalent, or higher equivalent by 31 December 2026
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning
