About the Role
  • Support clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes and regain their independence in daily living activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and planning services to facilitate effective client care.
  • Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to establish strong relationships and drive positive client outcomes.
  • Make meaningful contributions to service innovation, quality improvement, and excellence in practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy, along with relevant professional accreditation (e.g., ESSA and APHRA).
  • Desirable: previous occupational rehabilitation experience, although not essential; we prioritize hiring individuals who are driven and demonstrate integrity in their work.
  • Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
