Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and coordinate retail projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project coordination or a related field, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and managing retail projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and quality results. This includes working closely with store teams and volunteers, liaising with external vendors and suppliers, developing and maintaining project timelines and budgets, and monitoring progress to address any issues or roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail project coordination or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
