We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Refit Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing the refit works on both new and renewal projects, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing costs and efficiencies to ensure CODB budgets are met and improved
  • Implementing changes to store layouts to improve sales performance and support business growth strategy
  • Completing costs and budget analysis and implementation
  • Improving the shopping experience through best practice in execution of renewals and new stores, focusing on customer needs
  • Ensuring safety is always a priority in planning and implementation of all work

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience working in supermarkets, ideally within groceries at a Department Manager level or similar
  • An understanding of planograms and their implementation on projects
  • Flexibility for early starts and travel as required in the role
  • A proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • An interest in improving processes and driving innovation
