Job Description

The Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager will execute quality activities, address customer quality issues through robust problem-solving initiatives.

This role ensures alignment with global or hub quality and continuous improvement strategies, as well as adherence to relevant processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic actions to improve quality in the entire value chain.
  • Manage global quality processes in respective areas of responsibility, drive certification activities, internal or external audits.
  • Evaluate process performance indicators, ensure effective controls are in place to verify that processes meet customer expectations.
  • Analyze process indicators continuously, take action to address situations where process performance deviates from expectations.

This role involves implementing a culture of continuous improvement and lean management. It includes defining governance structures to generate, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas, leading the deployment of lean principles, six sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies across departments.

Additionally, this role will manage non-conformity resolution, monitor customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction, protect and strengthen customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
