Job Title: Medical Practice Operations Leader
">The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Practice Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
You will lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support and training as needed. You will also be responsible for managing staff reporting, including end-of-day, week, and monthly reports directly to our principal.
In addition, you will ensure that our practice is fully compliant with industry and government regulations, including OH&S. This will involve attending relevant practice meetings, managing staff meetings and participating in other key forums.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and maintaining our Genie Medical Software and other related systems.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, outstanding work ethic, and punctuality. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Practice Manager, viewed favourably.
- Private Specialist experience is mandatory, with O&G/IVF experience viewed favourably.
