About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office/Site Based: Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Field Work: Undertake risk assessments on work sites, plant, equipment, tasks, and hazardous substances.
  • Safety Alerts and Training: Develop and deliver safety alerts, tool box topics, and other materials to raise awareness of safety issues.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate all incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure legislative compliance and maintain safety systems accreditations, including Federal Safety Commission Accreditation processes.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Manage sub-contractor compliance with inductions and documentation.
  • Site Inductions: Manage and conduct site inductions.
About You
  • 3-5 years of HSEQ experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum Cert IV OHS&W.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a HSEQ role.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to present information in a clear and logical manner.
  • High degree of computer literacy, speed, and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative skills and familiar with document management systems and databases.
  • High level of attention to detail, ability to analyze safety data, and prepare reports and statistics.
