Lead Rowing Coach

We are seeking experienced rowers who would like to join our coaching team in the upcoming season.
This is an excellent opportunity to share your skills and passion for rowing with students, and help them achieve their full potential.
- Taking on a supportive role in developing student's technique, social and emotional health, fitness and physical health.
- Working collaboratively with students, staff and other coaches to deliver a high-quality rowing program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rowing and be able to communicate effectively with students and staff. You will need to be patient, reliable and flexible, with a positive attitude towards helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Technique: Support students in developing their rowing and coxing techniques, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to participate safely and effectively.
- Social and Emotional Health: Assist students in developing their social and emotional skills, including teamwork, communication and problem-solving.
- Fitness and Physical Health: Help students improve their physical fitness through exercise and nutrition advice, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
