Rowing Team Coach Leader

The Diocese is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our rowing program as Volunteer Rowing Coaches. Our vibrant community of students, parents, and staff come together to promote a lifelong education and appreciation of healthy living and wellbeing through the sport of rowing.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver effective rowing sessions under the direction of the Rowing Coordinator and Assistant Rowing Coordinator.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for students to train and compete.
- Experience in coaching rowing at a Junior or Senior level or have experience in rowing at a Senior level.
- Hold current certifications: Rowing Australia Level 1 Coaching Accreditation, Victorian Marine Licence, Level 2 First Aid, National Police Check, Working with Children's Check (or VIT registration), and Driver's Licence (for coaches driving the school bus).
- A rewarding and meaningful experience.
- Reimbursement of time and expenses throughout the rowing season, including training camps and regattas.
