Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee production operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of concrete products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing production process and maintaining quality and customer service standards
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing robust Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System
  • Coordinating water and waste management systems and adhering to environmental requirements
  • Overseeing concrete production and meeting customer specifications and deadlines
  • Optimizing truck and personnel scheduling to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance and engaging contractors when needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines
  • Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous computer batching experience is an advantage
