Production Supervisor Role

A dynamic and challenging production position with opportunities for career growth and development in a supportive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a team and contribute to operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production process, ensuring efficient operations and meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
  • Oversee concrete batching and front-end loader operations, maintaining high safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, implementing a robust Safety, Health, and Environment Management System.
  • Optimize truck and personnel scheduling, maintaining stock levels by ordering raw materials and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, engaging contractors when necessary.
  • Provide leadership and support to the production team, handling administrative tasks and contributing to operational improvements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably with a similar industry background.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines.
  • Effective leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Front-end loader certification and LF forklift license (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous computer batching experience an advantage.
