Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to customers and internal teams.

Job Description:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support via various communication channels such as phone, email, and web ticketing systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux and other open-source technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
  • Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation.
  • Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience with Linux troubleshooting (collecting logs and stack traces, fine-tuning by editing configuration files).
  • Knowledge or basic hands-on experience on 2 or more of: Linux server administration, programming fundamentals in any language, networking, virtualization/cloud computing concepts.
