Main Responsibilities- Offer expert technical assistance via multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Take ownership of new cases and manage them according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA), consistently meeting high customer satisfaction standards.
- Contribute valuable knowledge base articles and maintain existing content to facilitate shared learning and best practices among team members.
- Draft and disseminate technical notices for both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong academic record from secondary education and university levels.
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant technical field or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- The confidence to express opinions, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation.
- A track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
