Ausdrill seeks a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Officer to coordinate and manage HSE activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support employee health and wellbeing.
- Provide injury management advice and assistance for work and non-work injuries.
- Assist with claims management process.
- Develop and facilitate health initiatives and programs.
- Oversee administration of the injury management function.
- Participate in HSE team meetings, training, planning and other health, safety and environmental activities as requested by Management.
- Liaise with statutory bodies as required.
- Assist HSE personnel with processing workers compensation claims and provide rehabilitation support to workers.
- Promote legislative compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

**About You:**

- 2 years' experience as a practicing Safety Practitioner (mandatory).
- 2 years' experience in Injury Management & Workers Compensation (mandatory).
- Cert IV WHS (Minimum)
- ICAM Investigation
- Allied Health Qualification - Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist or similar.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
