Senior Health Safety and Risk Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced health, safety, and risk professional to lead our HSEQ efforts as a Senior Health Safety and Risk Manager.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSEQ management systems to enhance business performance and compliance.
- Analyze risk assessments and provide guidance to employees on developing awareness of these processes.
- Provide expert advice, information, and assistance in Health & Safety Compliance within a risk management framework.
- Conduct regular site visits and offer coaching and mentoring to improve performance and compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction or mining.
- Health and Safety or Risk Management certification or equivalent demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with experience of managing stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create effective Health & Safety initiatives.
