Nutrition Education Leadership Role

Seeking a professional to fill the Nutrition Education Leadership role at our institution. This position involves teaching and learning in the Nutrition academic department, ensuring students receive high-quality education that prepares them for successful careers as natural health practitioners.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide students in a clinic setting, maintaining clinical standards and confidentiality.
  • Share expertise with students to enhance their learning, connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world practice.
  • Support students in client care, including nutritional assessment, education, and treatment.
  • Contribute to program improvements, industry engagement, and scholarly activities.
  • Maintain professional development and comply with policies, attending meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor degree in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics, accompanied by at least 5 years of clinical experience in the industry.
  • A post-graduate qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Higher Education is preferred.
  • Holds current membership of an appropriate professional association.
  • Previous clinical supervision or higher education experience is advantageous.
