We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our organization in optimizing inventory, reducing waste, and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to procurement, production, and distribution to drive data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems) to model scenarios, forecast demand, and optimize inventory.
Data Analysis & Process Optimization:
  • Evaluate current supply chain workflows and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to redesign processes, such as just-in-time inventory practices, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Inventory Management & Reporting:
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Generate reports on stock movements, shelf-life, and supplier lead times to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Create contingency plans for demand spikes or supplier failures to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
