Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collate and disseminate import air consolidations;
  2. Prepare and arrange for Air Cargo Reports to be lodged;
  3. Liaise with airlines and air cargo unpack terminals regarding cargo availability;
  4. Arrange final clearance and delivery of cargo;
  5. Process shipments and manage vendor invoices;
  6. Maintain daily liaison with customers and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery of freight;

Requirements:

  • Full awareness of company policies and procedures;
  • Awareness of all relevant health and safety protocols;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment;
