Transformational Lawyer for Investment Funds

We are seeking a dynamic lawyer to join our Superannuation team within our Investment Funds practice.
This role will cover a diverse range of work including regulatory investigations, trustee governance and administration matters, remediation projects, superannuation fund transformation initiatives, specialized advice work, and successor fund transfers.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Regulatory investigations and litigation support;
- Trustee governance and administration expertise;
- Remediation project management;
- Superannuation fund transformation initiatives;
- Specialized advice on investment matters;
- Successor fund transfer coordination;
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-6 years' legal experience gained in a top-tier firm or through a combination of top-tier and in-house experience;
- Experience in regulatory, licensing, governance, administration, distribution, restructuring, and/or investment matters associated with superannuation, funds management, and/or life insurance products would be beneficial;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively;
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills;
