We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order processing and efficient communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, process orders accurately and provide timely updates on order status.
- Support account managers by preparing quotes, managing documentation and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records, update customer information and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal departments to find effective solutions.
- Work with the customer services team to improve processes, share insights and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Impeccable phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships.
- Detail oriented and process driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
