We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Managing customer concerns and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with sales teams and installers to ensure customers are kept informed and updated.
  • Processing customer documentation, contracts, and warranty registrations.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Proactively following up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service, support, or call centre role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proven track record in handling escalations and resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
