Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional support to our Adviser team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and implementing Statements of Advice, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing client appointments and meetings, communicating effectively with external client advisers and product providers.
  • Updating internal and external client information, maintaining data integrity.
  • Contributing to process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A related Financial Planning qualification, such as RG 146/DFP.
  • Experience with Financial Planning Software (Xplan) and high proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
