Main Responsibilities- Support a team of event specialists
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Liaise with production teams for timely project delivery
- Prepare site-specific and health and safety documents
- Participate in site visits and inspections
- Assist with dispatch checking and logistics
- Attend installations and dismantles as the onsite representative
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the event industry
- A high level of organisation, ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
