Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate AGMs and committee meetings. They will be responsible for liaising with owners, committee members, and agents, as well as managing budgets and financial details, maintenance activities, and insurance administration.

Key Responsibilities
