- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing tasks, resources, and responsibilities effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with residents through excellent customer service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Site Management: Utilize Site Accommodation Management Systems to optimize operations, streamline processes, and maintain accurate records.
- Contract Performance: Collaborate with clients to achieve contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through regular meetings and proactive issue resolution.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders through quality delivery of services and scope requirements.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen activities, ensuring catering scope requirements and quality are met, and inventory control is maintained.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage stock ordering, stock takes, and wastage to minimize losses and optimize resource allocation.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Staff Safety & Wellbeing: Promote a safe work environment, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure staff awareness and adherence to HACCP, Safety, and Environmental practices.
