Job Overview

The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist role involves providing guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring contractual obligations are met and best practices are developed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage stakeholder personnel primarily within contracts in Queensland.
  • Develop and implement ideas to create a 'best practice' approach for the stakeholder function.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing reports, updates, and addressing issues.
  • Travel intra-state to meet with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a large, supportive team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support to geographically dispersed teams.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Telecommunications industry requirements, including Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiently apply MS Office Suite tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
