We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Community Development team. This role will suit a skilled professional who has worked on complex civil projects for local authorities and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs using specialized software (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpret design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Collaborate with clients regarding project needs
About You
  • Demonstrate senior experience in land, urban and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using specialized software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
