Enjoy being home each night working on local projects in the Ipswich Region for a leading Family-owned Civil Contracting company.
**You’ll be responsible for leading a small team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or desire to step up into the role
- Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
- ability to read and interpret construction plans
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
