Nike.com Digital Commerce Lead

This is a unique opportunity to join Nike, one of the leading companies in Australia, as a Digital Commerce Lead. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for growing the Nike.com business through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

The Digital Commerce Lead will report directly to the Digital Platform and Growth Senior Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve short- and long-term financial targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading pre-season planning to determine consumer moments and product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Creating and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights on key metrics, product performance, and consumer journey to develop learnings and actions.
  • Driving, reading, and reacting to business results and priorities while managing air traffic control to ensure priorities are represented across teams.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create and explore future experiences.
  • Monitoring KPIs to optimize the consumer journey for Nike.com and working with the site merchandising team to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of directly relevant experience in digital commerce, digital site merchandising, brand marketing, strategy, or digital products and experiences.
  • Experience with digital or physical retail, and/or digital platforms, and an understanding of market dynamics and creative/disruptive ideas.
  • Strong analytics skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize data to act against business results, trends, and opportunities.
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation, proactivity, accountability, and adaptability, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
