Human Resources Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our team as a key figure in shaping the future of our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to maximise the potential of our people and drive strategic human resources initiatives. As a visionary leader with significant experience in HR, you will lead our People & Culture team and develop high-quality service delivery for our community through recruitment and workforce development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, delivering and implementing the organisational framework for human resources
  • Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive the workforce plan

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Significant leadership experience within Human Resources and Organisational Development
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
