Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood leader looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and community-focused environment? We're seeking an exceptional Centre Director to lead a 52-place family-owned and operated centre in the heart of Mandurah.
About the Centre:

The Role:
As our new Centre Director, you'll be leading from the front – but off the floor, so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring your team, supporting families, and ensuring excellence across the service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations and compliance
- Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators
- Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
- Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF

Who You Are:
- Diploma or Degree qualified (Early Childhood Education or equivalent)

- Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families
