Senior Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Lead to oversee the management of multidisciplinary services in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians, ensuring effective clinical workflow and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve individual and overall contract objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operations.
  • Provide direction and guidance on staff recruitment, selection, training, and client allocation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health discipline, along with registration with the relevant governing body.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Clinical Lead or in a similar lead clinical role.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS framework and the disability support sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling autonomous work with diverse stakeholders.
