The People Operations Team Leader will drive a seamless and engaging employee experience across every stage of the employee lifecycle. This pivotal role calls for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a proven ability to deliver across diverse areas including onboarding, compliance, recruitment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS integrity and compliance reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment campaigns and oversee onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements across HR workflows and tools.
• Act as a key contact for employee queries, supporting performance management investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
• Oversee performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives and quarterly caregiver meetings.
• Coordinate training logistics and compliance tracking to support capability development and workforce safety.

Requirements

Formal qualifications in Human Resources desired. At least 3-5 years experience working in HR operations or generalist HR roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills. Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders. Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills.
