**Job Overview:**

This role is responsible for driving business growth by managing product specifications on new and rectification projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential project opportunities and develop strategies to engage with architects and builders.
  • Specification Development: Educate architects on product offerings and ensure FV products are specified on construction projects.
  • Pipeline Management: Grow the pipeline to meet sales order targets and ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Information Gathering: Collect data on projects, architects, builders, competitors, and the market to inform business decisions.
