Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Residential team based in Newcastle. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and grow within a highly motivated and successful team. As a key member of our Residential team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation bookings, managing online listings, and reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with agents to collect reports, submissions, and other documentation, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the production of high-quality marketing materials that showcase properties and drive sales.
  • Data Management: Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required or requested by operators, ensuring client and property data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Online Listings: Manage online listings on both Colliers' website and third-party websites, optimizing visibility and driving engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing financial risk.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills are required, with a preference for candidates with experience in In-Design and CRM systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Creativity and Initiative: The ability to think creatively and implement improvements is essential for driving success in this role.

Salary
