We are seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey across our retail sites.

The successful candidate will represent various brands, acting as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a personalised customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Showcase in-depth product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Utilise digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints
