Compassionate Home Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide care support to clients in their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to various benefits that promote your well-being and career development.
About the RoleAs a Personal Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties. You will also support clients with daily errands, companionship, and other activities that enhance their quality of life.
- Provide person-centred care that respects the rights and needs of each client.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties.
- Support clients with academic, social, or recreational activities.
- Prepare food, feed clients, and administer medications as required.
- Monitor and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
- A valid National Police Check within the last 3 years.
- An NSW Working with Children Check.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- A First Aid and CPR Certificate (valid for 12 months).
While prior experience is advantageous, we encourage applicants without a Cert III to apply if they possess great hands-on experience.
