Personal Care Support Specialist


Overview:

Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care services, dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, adults living with disabilities, and those recovering from hospital stays. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care that respects the rights and needs of each client.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care support to clients, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties.
  • Accompany clients on daily errands, offer companionship, and provide emotional support.
  • Prepare meals, administer medications, and assist with academic, social, or recreational activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients.
  • Respond to emergency situations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Current National Police Check (within the last 3 years).
  • NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Driver's License.
  • First Aid Certificate (valid within the last 12 months).
