Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to provide high-quality care support to our clients in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and respect for others.

The role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties, as well as providing companionship and support with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering person-centred care that respects the rights and needs of each client
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Preparing food and feeding clients
  • Administering medications as required
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid Certification (Valid within last 12 months)
