The Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Foot & Ankle division in Melbourne. As a high-achieving team, we are driven by exceeding our ambitious goals and making a difference in patient lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities and provide added value.
  • Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Address product issues using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff, providing technical expertise as required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.
Requirements
  • You may have an allied health career or qualification with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.
  • You have a proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, as you'll face challenges in a competitive market.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
